To perform a role as a highly skilled SAP Technical Lead/Principal Consultant in the implementation(s) of SAP HR & Payroll, frequently as part of a multi-module implementation. Extensive experience of SAP ABAP technical development (e.g. reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms) is required for this role. SAP HR/Payroll configuration experience is desired, but not required. Many projects are full life cycle and some take advantage of the capability to deliver the full range of services from business process re-engineering to application hosting after go live.
The successful candidate will work on client sites with other consultants and will be involved in successful SAP Payroll implementations. This role may entail travel both within the UK and internationally, and therefore requires a flexible approach to working arrangements and location. The ideal candidate will be part of a large international team, and therefore strong communication and team working skills, as well as client/customer facing skills are required.
