We are currently seeking Recruitment Consultants to work on our .Net, Java, ERP, Digital or Infrastructure focussed divisions.

Essential Experience and Abilities:

• 6 months+ Recruitment experience, ideally within a vertical market (.Net, IT Support, Java, Digital or ERP a preference)
• An honest consultative approach
• Cold calling
• Client visits
• Candidate interviews / vetting
• Educated to A level or degree standard

Beneficial Experience and Abilities:

• Hands on experience of process driven recruitment i.e. Warren Kemp / Mike Walmsley / Bill Radin / Steven Finkel trained.
• Understanding of contracts law and Ltd company taxation i.e. IR35 and Umbrella companies etc.
• Headhunting / candidate networking
• Advertising campaigns
• Account management
• PSL Agreements

Trainee consultants will be considered on merit.
