VMR Consultants are an expanding Specialist Recruitment Consultancy.  As part of our continued development we are currently seeking Recruitment Consultants and Junior Recruitment Consultants to work within our specialist divisions.

Position

Recruitment Consultant focusing on both permanent and contract recruitment across niche markets within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Headhunting

• Candidate Marketing and developing existing client relationships.

• Identifying, qualifying, managing and closing suitable candidates.

• Taking detailed job specifications.

• Translating and posting job requirements into adverts that will attract relevant candidates.

• Negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients for commitment in all areas of the recruitment process.

• Extensive planning and time management.

 

Experience/Skills Required

• Solid experience within a sales environment and a minimum of 5 Grade A – C GCSE’s

OR

• University graduate looking to build a career in recruitment

• Extensive training is provided

 

Career Development

• Opportunity to work in offices in London and Europe

• Principle Consultants talent is leveraged through the support of 1 or 2 dedicated Resource Consultants to maximise their productivity, billings and commission

• Increase basic salary to 40k+

• Successful Consultants can be fast tracked into management and have a team built around them

• Become an industry expert in your niche

 

Salary

• £13.5K - £18K starting salary dependant on experience + Commission

• Salary increment scheme where you can increase your salary to 21k in any 3 month period and 40k in any 12 month period. Our best example of progression of a Junior Consultant who increased their salary from 13.5k to 35k in a single 12 month period.
